JD (U), the party which is struggling to get its old foothold after convincing defeat in the recent Lok Sabha elections is still recuperating from the jolt of Modi wave. The speaker of Bihr Legislative Assembly has taken another decision which might not help JD U in regaining its lost popularity. The speaker of the Legislative Assembly Uday Narayan Chaudhary has decided to sack 4 MLAs from the Vidhan Sabha for voting against the whip of the party leadership.
Quite ironically, the decision is likely to baffle the experts of the Democracy as there were 18 party MLAs who were involved in the similar act of cross voting against the JD U candidate. There are suppressed voices coming out of the corridors of political circles that these four legislators were vocal against the working style of former chief minister Nitish Kumar. Probably, this is the reason; they have been given unceremonious expulsion out of the party.
The four sacked MLAs who have lost their membership in Vidhan Sabha are also deprived of facilities which are available for former MLAs. All the sacked MLA are still vociferous with their stand. The names of the sacked MLA is following:
Gyanendra Singh Gyanoo [Barh]
Rahul Sharma [Ghosi]
Ravindra Rai [Mahua]
Neeraj Kumar Babloo [Chattapur].
